Investment Profile

We seek to leverage our experience and investment to enhance the companies in which we invest. The characteristics that we look for in an investment are:

Industries Information technology.  Within New Mexico, tourist-related products and services.
Annual revenue Less than $10 million for established businesses.
Established or experienced hands-on management, niche market, potential for growth within core business.
Investment $100,000 to $500,000 on our account.
Structure Common stock, preferred stock, subordinated debentures, warrants.
Involvement Board-level advisor or paid consultant.
Location Within 400 miles of a line between St. Louis, Missouri and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We prefer not to participate in multistage financings with high dilution or companies with excessive burn rates.
